. This is one of many products that keeps a steady decline to your hose. I think that is is actually serving a more important role of helping to prevent “S”s in the hose. Your water wants to leave the tank and take a straight road to the sewer. Making it come and go, back and forth and so on just means less flow which leads to build up and overall grossness. By providing a support to your 30′ or even 15′ hose along it’s path you can prevent the “S”s – along with the nice decline.
This particular model works best for me since it is easy to store. A nice strap holds it all together when not in use. We have mentioned before that this is our least favorite place to be while enjoying our RV, so we might as well make it as easy as we can.
